Mimi's Milers did it again!

On Saturday we participated for the fifth year in the Pancreatic Cancer PurpleStride 5k in St. Petersburg. We had almost thirty team members and such a great time. Birthday Celebration

Just a quick update: as we mentioned last time, even though my mom hasn't been feeling great she insisted on traveling to Tampa to celebrate her birthday which she shares with my sister and niece (April 17: Mimi, Monica, & Maria). Below are some pics of the celebration. My mom meets with her oncologist on Thursday to discuss her recent PET scan and to see what the next steps are. Swelling from the obstructed vena cava is still an issue but has gotten a little better. Hopefully she will be feeling better soon! xoxo
